My Treatments
My sessions are designed to meet the client where their physical, mental & emotional wellbeing resides in that moment. I allow the flow of emotional/mental wellness guidance & intuitive coaching into each session. For massage, the full allocated time is given to a hands-on service plus intuitive guidance, therefore please allow for an extra 5-10 mins for check in & out. I encourage my clients to hydrate well with water so they can get the most out of their session, and release whatever is no longer serving the body - physically, mentally & emotionally.
BIOMAT THERAPY Included with every massage session
The BioMat is an FDA licensed medical device that combines Far Infrared Heat & Negative Ion Technology with the healing power of Amethyst Crystals. It is used in place of a heating pad for the duration of your session. With a choice of different temperature settings, the BioMat will provide various benefits. Some of these include deeper muscle relaxation, relieves stress and anxiety, improves sleep patterns, reduces inflammation, improves immune system and aids in natural detoxification.
